DM US FOR AGE VERIFICATION & PAYMENT

It is essential to note that the purchase and participation in the Coatza Brewing Co beer club or any similar beer club require individuals to be of legal drinking age, which is typically 21 years old in many countries, including the United States. This restriction ensures compliance with legal regulations and responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. When joining the beer club or purchasing any alcoholic products, Coatza Brewing Co or any reputable brewery will request age verification to ensure that only individuals of legal drinking age can participate. This age verification process can vary depending on local laws and regulations, but it often involves providing valid identification, such as a driver’s license or passport, to confirm the buyer’s age. Responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages is always encouraged, and individuals should drink in moderation and be aware of the legal requirements and regulations in their respective jurisdictions.

ABOUT US

Enrique Silva, a seasoned truck driver with over 22 years of experience, has embarked on an exciting new venture that combines his passion for exploration, business acumen, and artistic flair. As the proud Co-owner and founder of Coatza Brewing Co, Enrique is set to revolutionize the craft beer industry with his unique vision and unwavering dedication.

Born with an insatiable thirst for adventure, Enrique embarked on a remarkable journey across the United States, visiting bars in all 49 states as part of his extensive research to fulfill his dream of owning a bar one day. This extraordinary quest allowed him to immerse himself in diverse cultures, flavors, and experiences, shaping his understanding of the bar industry from coast to coast.

While his trucking career, which included working for Reliable Carriers, a prestigious car haul company, provided him with invaluable logistical expertise, Enrique’s multifaceted skills extend far beyond the road. As a general contractor, he has honed his craftsmanship, taking pride in personally handling all aspects of tenant improvements (TI) and artwork for Coatza Brewing Co. The result is a brewery that bears his unmistakable touch, where every detail exudes his passion and creativity.

Enrique’s unwavering commitment to excellence led him to assemble a team of exceptional talents, including the award-winning brewer known simply as “Zambo.” With a profound respect for history and a desire to craft extraordinary beers, Zambo has scoured ancient Mayan recipes, dating back over 2000 years, to create modern interpretations that captivate the palate and transport beer enthusiasts on a unique flavor journey.

Beyond his professional achievements, Enrique finds solace and strength in his personal life. As a devoted husband, he has shared a beautiful journey of love and companionship alongside his wife Crystal for the past 21 years. Together, they form an unstoppable force, working side by side to ensure that Coatza Brewing Co runs seamlessly and fulfills its promise of delivering exceptional experiences to its patrons.

Enrique Silva’s story is one of determination, exploration, and unwavering commitment to quality. With his diverse background, entrepreneurial spirit, and the expertise of Zambo, Coatza Brewing Co is poised to become a beacon of innovation and craftsmanship in the brewing industry. So raise your glass and join Enrique on this incredible adventure as he shares his passion for beer, artistry, and unforgettable moments at Coatza Brewing Co.

BREWMASTER “ZAMBO”

Zambo is an 18-year craft beer industry veteran.  He began as so many brewers did… in his kitchen.  “Yes, my wife was glad to be rid of the homebrew equipment once I had commercial space to take it to.”  In his days of homebrewing Zambo was also a marketing research manager, sending him on business trips all over the U.S.  He noticed that every town had a brewpub and they all had one thing in common: good people who like to talk about beer.  This is where he felt most at home.  He finally made the jump, beginning with The World Brewing Academy, a joint venture of Siebel Institute in Chicago and Doemens Academy in Munich, both with over 100 years of brewing education history.  This was a fast-forward in going commercial and the material reinforced his technical background from Georgia Tech.

After graduating Zambo began his first brewing job with BJs in Woodland Hills, California.  In fact, Zambo’s entire commercial career is in California including such names as 21st-Amendment and Speakeasy.  He has earned dozens of awards, including local, national and International awards.  While in the Bay Area, Zambo also achieved Certified Cicerone® and began organizing and hosting beer dinners.  Soon thereafter he began professional judging himself and has now judged The Great American Beer Festival and World Beer Cup many times over.  “Judging is where you get deep into the nitty-gritty of beer snobbery and share the table with many great leaders from around the industry.”

Now in Elk Grove, Zambo is excited to be taking the reins of startup brewery Coatza Brewing Company.  “Enrique and I got together for some beers and really hit it off.  We have the same vision and are very excited to share it with the world.  Soon you will taste a new generation of beers both classic and experimental.”
